2. Apply a light film of waterproof sealer on a new seal, and press the seal into the housing as portrayed in Fig. 7. 3. Coat the bearing outer diameter lightly with grease and press the shaft and bearing into the pump housing as illustrated in Fig. 8. Press the shaft and bearing into the housing until the bearing is flush with the face of the housing hub.

4. If the impellor is at all damaged, it must be renewed. Coat the seal rubbing face of the existing impellor, or a new one, lightly with grease and press the shaft into the impellor as portrayed in Fig. 9
