Substitute Jack
The TIGER Jack is a laugh. The one that I had was broken and obviously was over stressed several times in several different ways. TIGER jacks should be wire tied to show cards and put on display along with original tool kits and that type of thing.
I searched everywhere for a jack that would fit in the trunk and Jack up the car to no avail. I was digging through my old car parts I have and came across an old Volvo jack from a 122 Volvo that I had years ago. It is a screw jack with a built in handle for winding up the car. It has an efficiency of about a zillion turns to the inch and will lift the weight of a TIGER with no problem.
To convert it to a TIGER jack I welded a square tube on to the folding flange that normally goes into the side of the Volvo. I notched the flange so that the angle of the square tube is the same as the old TIGER Jack. In order to ensure that it would lift high enough I also extended the bottom of the jack by adding four inches of pipe to the bottom of the jack body and then welding the bottom plate back on.
