A 4,000 mile or 90 day High-Performance warranty is applied to the car having such tuning kits or alternative axle ratios. This 4,000 or 90 day warranty will not apply to cars that are being used for competition purposes including but not limited to road racing or hill climbs. Nor shall this high performance warranty be applied to cars that are within 90 days or 4,000 miles of the termination of the factory 12 month or 12,000 mile warrant.
