Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is meant by Event Vehicle: Tiger - Alpine - Other
on the Registration Form?
A: You'll notice this TU form is different than you may have seen before.
We realize there are many people in our Tiger community who don't yet have a
Tiger or don't have a running Tiger. Many of these car enthusiasts do, however,
have other cars of special interest.
In order to allow them to participate in TU XXXI and join in the camaraderie
of our Tiger community, we are expanding our car classes to include "Alpines"
and "other vehicles" of interest. Each of these two classes will have Concours
judging by popular vote, awarding one trophy per class. Cars in these two
classes will also compete against other cars in the same class at the Autocross,
again awarding one trophy per class. As traditionally done there will be no
class separation for the Rally or Tiger Quiz.
Q: What is meant by "Spectator" on the Registration Form?
A: This addition to the Registration Form is intended to allow those who
may not be able to attend the entire Tigers United an opportunity to attend and
register as a spectator. They may purchase separately event meals and
participation in activities as available.
Q: What does a "Participant Registration" include?
A: Everything!! It includes: A registration packet, a lanyard with
participant credentials, an event T-shirt, admission to and participation in
all event activities, access to the Hospitality and Vendors/Swap Meet rooms,
the Thursday night welcome BBQ dinner, a $10 lunch voucher for B's
Backyard BBQ at the Concours on Friday, a box lunch at the airport on Saturday,
and the Awards Banquet dinner on Sunday.
Q: What does a "Spectator Registration" include?
A:
Spectator registration includes registration packet with a wrist band that
allows access to all activities of Tigers United XXXI, including the
Hospitality and Vendors/Swap Meet Rooms, but not participation in any events.
Q: How do I register for Tigers United XXXI?
A: Easily. CAT's newsletter Tiger Tales, and hopefully other
Tiger/Sunbeam club newsletters, will include the Registration Form. It may also
be found on CAT's Events webpage,
including Bulletin updates, or by contacting me directly.
Cheers!
